Prices and quotes
Our prices include VAT, supply and fitting. 'From' prices are for standard sizes. We give you a fixed price from your photos or at the measuring visit, before any work starts, and that's what you pay. If what we find on the day is different from what the photos showed, we'll tell you and agree a new price before carrying on. Quotes are valid for 30 days.
There is no call-out charge, and the measuring visit is free.
Made-to-order glass, deposits and payment
Sealed units and other glass are made to order to the sizes we measure. Card or bank transfer. Made-to-order glass may need a deposit when you book; we tell you before ordering.
Cancelling
If you're a consumer and you agree a job with us at your home, or by phone, WhatsApp or email, you normally have 14 days to cancel. We'll send you the cancellation details with your quote. If you ask us to start within those 14 days, you'll pay for the work done up to the point you cancel. Glass and parts made to your sizes can't be cancelled once we've ordered them, because they're made for you. None of this affects your legal rights.
Guarantees
- 5-year guarantee on new sealed units.
Guarantees cover the glass units and parts we supply and our workmanship. They don't cover accidental damage, misuse, or problems with parts of the window or door we didn't work on. If something goes wrong, contact us and we'll put it right. Our guarantees are in addition to your legal rights, which they don't affect.
Visits
Please make sure we can get to the window or door, and that pets and anything fragile are out of the way.
Complaints
If you're not happy with our work, tell us as soon as you can and we'll do our best to put it right.
